The Problem We Saw

PigJet was born from a simple frustration: why do home service businesses have cutting-edge tools for almost everything except answering phones?

In 2023, our founders—a team of home service industry veterans and AI specialists—noticed something striking: even the most technologically advanced plumbing and HVAC companies were still missing calls after hours or during busy periods. The existing solutions were disappointing:

  • Traditional answering services were expensive and inconsistent
  • Basic voicemail meant lost business opportunities
  • Early AI solutions couldn't handle complex conversations or integrate properly
  • No solution properly served bilingual communities

It seemed like creating a truly effective AI receptionist for home service businesses was as likely as seeing pigs fly. So we decided to make pigs fly.
